Claire Maddock (MBACP) is a qualified counsellor and coach who has worked with families, schools and nurseries for over 30 years. She has additional training as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), Strategic Lead for Trauma and Attachment in Schools and a Sensory Inclusion Facilitator. Claire is passionate in supporting parents and to break intergenerational traumas associated with undiagnosed and unsupported neurodiversity. She has a neurodivergent family herself and has a deep empathy and awareness of neurodivergent issues. Claire wants to support people to build confidence by celebrating strengths as well as validating difficulties.

Helen Frost has worked with families throughout her extensive career. She has worked as a midwife, health visitor, specialist community public health nurse and family link worker in schools. Helen has a deep understanding and knowledge of family health and wellbeing. Helen has extensive experience of working 1:1 with people and as part of a family dynamic. Helen believes strongly in equal access to health and wellbeing services to all people irrespective of social background.
